All prices are in U.S. Funds.
If you live in Canada, please contact me for "At Par" pricing.

Payment may be made with Visa, Mastercard (Authorize.net) or PayPal.

Once payment has been made, you will immediately receive an e-mail message
with links to download your purchased files.
Please make SURE you enter your e-mail address correctly and have added eppd at telus.net
to your address book so the message gets through to you.

The patterns you order may be downloaded twice.
Please complete the process within 1 week. Contact Me if you have any problems.

Files & Computers

All newer patterns are sent in a zip file containing the following formats:

CQP, DXF, QLI, IQP, HQF, PAT, PLT, SSD, TXT and WMF
Your order will also include a picture file for each design,
which you can print.

If the format you need isn't included in your order, just send me a note
and I'll convert and send it to you ASAP.
It takes a long time to add the newest formats to all the previous files!

I would suggest that you keep all original downloaded Zip Files
stored in a safe place in case you have a computer crash in the future.

Refunds & Returns Policy

Please note: Digital Pattern files and Pocket Guides Books are all copyrighted material.
This means these products are not returnable and no refunds will be issued
unless product is shown to be defective.
